Store Policies/FAQ 

Thank you for supporting my small business! Please review all policies before placing your order. By completing a purchase on this website or through live sale via Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or in person, you agree to the following terms.


📦 Shipping & Processing

Processing Time: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Shipping Time  for United States Residents:


  • USPS First Class Ground: 2–7 business days
  • USPS Priority/Next Day: Available but will need to direct message for this option

Shipping International:

- Currently all items being shipped Internationally are on a pause as Tariffs are a concern. As we learn more on how to resume with United States tariff policies, any and all purchases for International shopping will resume until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience

 

All packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless a different method is selected.


Once a package is handed over to USPS, Navajo Mama Shop is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for claims.


🚨 Incorrect Address or Email

Please double-check your shipping and email information before placing your order.


  • If your package has not shipped, email us immediately at navajomamashop@gmail.com to correct the info.
  • If your package has shipped, you will need to contact USPS to make changes.


📫 Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Tracking information will be sent once the item is shipped. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to update.

 


🔁 Refunds, Returns & Replacements

 

 

No Refunds or Returns

 

All sales are final. Refunds and returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.


Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email navajomamashop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  3. You must return the entire item/set before receiving a refund or replacement.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

 

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the damaged item.

Replacements depend on available materials and may not be 100% identical due to handmade uniqueness.


 

📦 Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery:


  • We will contact you via email.
  • You are responsible for reshipping fees.
  • Please consider using a different address to avoid repeat issues.

 


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your order shows “delivered” but was not received, or goes missing while in transit:


  • Contact USPS with your tracking number.
  • USPS offers limited insurance on lost/stolen packages.

 

Navajo Mama Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered items once they are in USPS’s possession.


💬 Order Issues

You have 7 days from the delivery date to report any order issues or damages.

After this timeframe, refunds, repairs, or replacements are no longer available.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue/damage

Please be patient — repair/replacement timelines may vary depending on inventory, holidays, and schedule.


🧵 Handmade Items/Resell items:

Many products at Navajo Mama Shop are handmade. Slight variations may occur in shape, color, or design. All handmade items are made by the owner, Brianna Pinto. Any and all concerns about items can be brought to the curator - please email navajomamashop@gmail.com 

Some items (like aluminum stamped earrings or sterling studs) are considered resell items. As of current inventory these are the only items that are considered resell. All other items are Handmade and Curated. 

Disclaimer for Non-Handmade Jewelry

  •  Sterling silver studs and aluminum stamped earrings is not handmade, custom-made, unless specifically noted otherwise in the product description.
  • "AS IS" Condition: All items are sold "AS IS" and with all faults. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition and materials, including any specific markings or damage, but assume no liability for minor variations in description.
  • No Manufacturer Endorsement: The sale of this item is not endorsed by, or affiliated with, the original manufacturer or brand, unless explicitly stated.
  • Liability Limitation: The buyer assumes all risk and liability arising from the use of this item. In no event shall the seller be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages related to the product sold.
  •  Material Information: While we strive for accuracy in material descriptions (e.g., sterling silver, gold, gemstones), we rely on manufacturer information and general inspection. We do not guarantee the exact composition or origin beyond available information.

 

🎟️ Discount Code Policy

  • Discount codes apply to in-stock items only
  • One code per order
  • Cannot be applied to shipping, gift cards, or past purchases
  • Expire as stated (personal codes expire in 30 days)

 

🛒 Live & Story Sales

All website policies apply to items purchased through live sales or story sales.


🌍 International Orders
