When will my order Ship?
Your order will ship within 2-7 business days. This does not include processing and/or packing time.
Everything is shipped by USPS first class ground shipping unless paid for priority or next day shipping.
USPS first class ground shipping takes anywhere from 2-7 business days to be delivered. This does not include processing time, weekends or holidays.
Please be advised that once order is shipped it is no longer in my hands. I can and will not issue refunds for stolen, lost or missing items. Please see refunds for more info.
ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOU PUT CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS.
WHAT IF I PUT THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/email?
YOU ARE THEN RESPONSIBLE TO CALL USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS OR CHANGES WITH THEM, THAT IS IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN RECEIVED BY USPS.
IF THE PACKAGE IS STILL IN MY HANDS SEND ME AN EMAIL TO CHANGE.
If your email is incorrect please notify me immediately with correct email so I am able to assist with a resolution.
How Can I track my Order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Refunds?
I do not accept refunds or returns.
**Only exception if item is received damaged. I will offer a full refund but will need the damaged item shipped back. Once received I can offer a full refund. Second option is for a replacement. I will replace damaged item once I receive it back. Yes even for a replacement the entire damage item (even its pair) must be sent back in order to get repaired. PLEASE BE ADVISED that You will have to pay for shipping on your end.
Replacements?
Replacements are only issued if an item has been delivered damaged. Replacements are only replace upon the severity of supplies on hand. Not all items can be replaced. Please send me an email to navajomamshop@gmail.com to see if your item is eligible to be replaced.
Replacements can be received sooner once the damage item has been sent back, the sooner the better.
Please be advised not all items can be 100% replicatable to the first item sent.
Stolen/Missing/Lost items?
Once the package has been handed over to the mail carrier, the item is no longer in my hands. I will not issues refunds or exchanges for missing, stolen or lost in transit orders. Please see refund FAQS/policy to see more information.
All issues with stolen, missing and/or lost in transit items, claimed delivered and/or not received will need to contact provided mail carrier (USPS) with issues on their tracking number, location, and/or delays if the item is USPS possession. If item is still in Navajo Mama Shop hands please send concerns immediately to navajomamashop@gmail.com
USPS has a form to submit issues/claims for missing, stolen or lost in transit packages on their website. Please be aware USPS are in charge whether they are able to issue the claim or not regarding their policies.
To offer the most affordable shipping - All items are shipped via USPS ground shipping. USPS offers their own insurance liabilities on missing, stolen or lost packages in route or that have been delivered. Buyer will need to contact carrier for more information on insurance claims.
Please be advised USPS ground shipping has their own policies upon delivering, issues and or concerns when they have the package in their possession.
USPS ground shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to ship, receive and or deliver item. This does not include holidays or weekends.

International Shipping, Returns, Issues or Concerns, etc?
All policies and/rules apply to International orders unless otherwise stated. For a specific request or concern please contact navajomamashop@gmail.com
What happens if I am not home to receive my package?
Please contact provided mail carrier if they are in possession with package the tracking information to let them know you are unable to retrieve package so you are able to make adjustments.
If the item is still in Navajo Mama Shop hands please let me know the best alternate shipping address to send.
You are responsible to retrieve package when any and all items has been delivered.
What if I forgot to put in my discount code?
Once an order has been made we will not be able to fix your mistake. Make sure you add any discounts and double check your order before you press pay.
How long does it take to get my refund back?
Your refund can take anywhere from 5-14 business days, all banks are different. If no refund has been received please contact your bank to check the status on your refund.
What if my package is returned?
IF I RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE BACK I WILL THEN CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL, TO NOTIFY YOU YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPMENT QUOTE TO RECEIVE THE ITEM BACK. QUOTES CAN BE INVOICED TO SENDER IF NEEDED, PLEASE NOTIFY ASAP FOR SHIPPING RETURN QUOTE.
ALSO I WOULD RECOMMEND USING AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS IN HOPES YOUR PACKAGE WON'T GET SENT BACK ONCE AGAIN.
What if my order is received damaged or I have issues with my order?
You have exactly 7 days from the time the ordered has been delivered and/ or sent for any and all concerns to be emailed and brought to the owners attention.

I will need order number and all sides of damage item to be pictured and sent to "navajomamashop@gmail.com". Depending on the severity and supplies on hand, this will determine whether item can either be fixed & or repaired. Last option is to offer a full refund, in order to get refund, damage item (the whole set) must be sent back to Navajo Mama Shop. Please see refund policy for refund rules.
After the 7 day grace period, refunds, exchanges or repairs are non-negotiable.
Are all items 100% handmade?
If needed you can contact owner on which items are handmade. Current items that are considered resell are Aluminum stamped earrings and natural sterling silver studs.
DAMAGE ITEM RETURNED FOR REPAIR?
Please be aware that not all items can be 100% replicable to exact shape, design, color or image. Please be aware I am a one woman business and some/all orders are handmade timeline on return item will depend upon repair-ment, business operations hours, holiday exclusions and or owner's schedule.
Discount Rules
Coupons and discount codes apply to in-stock merchandise only.
Coupons and discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees. Subject to change*
Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order.
Coupons and discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or applied to prior orders.
Coupons and discount codes may or may not apply to sale items. For example, "20% off a Full Price item" offers do not apply to sale items
Personal Discounts have an expiration of 30 days from the time the discount has been awarded.
Website discounts will have an expiration when listed unless other wise stated.

All rules and policies from online website apply to live sales or story sales.

Navajo Mama Shop is 100% website oriented, replies on any issues and/or concerns will be handled promptly next business day excluding holidays and weekends.

Once all item(s) has been purchased via website, direct message through Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal and/or Cash, or live sale claims, you are agreeing to my small business policies.
